IND vs BAN: Before the start of the third day of the first Test match being played between Team India and Bangladesh, the best wicketkeeper batsman Rishabh Pant was seen worshipping his bat. By the end of the second day’s play, Rishabh Pant had scored 12* runs. On the third day of the game, Rishabh Pant batted brilliantly and scored an important century for Team India.

Rishabh Pant scored 109 runs in 128 balls with the help of 13 fours and four sixes during Team India’s second innings. Rishabh Pant did not spare any bowler of Bangladesh during his innings and hit hard against everyone. A video is going viral on social media in which it can be seen that Rishabh Pant is worshipping his bat before the start of the third day’s play.

Talking about the match, India had scored 376 runs in their first innings after losing all the wickets. Ravichandran Ashwin batted brilliantly for the team and scored 113 runs while Ravindra Jadeja scored 86 runs. Yashasvi Jaiswal contributed 56 runs in the first innings while Rishabh Pant played an important innings of 39 runs.

In reply, Bangladesh was all out for 149 runs in their first innings. Shakib Al Hasan scored 32 runs for the team while Mehidy Hasan Miraz contributed 27* runs. Liton Das scored 22 runs while captain Najmul Hossain Shanto was dismissed for a personal score of 20 runs. For India, Jasprit Bumrah took four wickets while Mohammed Siraj, Akash Deep and Ravindra Jadeja took 2-2 wickets each.

India declared their second innings at 287 for four. Apart from Rishabh Pant, Shubman Gill also batted brilliantly from the host side and scored 119* runs with the help of 10 fours and four sixes. KL Rahul played an innings of 22* runs. India has given a target of 515 runs to Bangladesh. This target is not going to be so easy for Bangladesh. However, the team will definitely want to win this match against India.
